PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Greetings everyone!
Fall is here and with it has come a bunch of much needed rainy weather. I know I've already gotten busy tidying up my trailer and show clothes for next season. Some of you are still heading out to shows and I'd like to wish all of you the best of luck and safe travels!
The OPHC has had a fabulous show season with lots of growth in both our APHA and all breed classes. Many memories were made and good times had by all. We are always open to new ideas and suggestions to keep getting even better for our exhibitors. Please feel free to reach out if you have any.
Our September show featured our All Breed stake classes. Payouts are still being finalized and we'll get those sent out to the winners shortly. We also had a huge potluck dinner with plenty of food for everyone. It really hit the spot after a long show day!
I'd like to thank all of our coffee sponsors this year for the coffee and goodies every single morning of every show. A full list of our sponsors can be found on our website. Please take the time to check those out and support them. And remember, for every $350 in sponsorship money you raise for the club, you get a free stall at a show.
I'd like to thank everyone who chose to spend a weekend (or more) at an OPHC show this year! We really appreciate all of you. And a huge thank you goes out to our 2025 board of directors for all your work. So much goes on behind the scenes and during our meetings to keep things running smoothly. So thank you to them and all the volunteers behind the scenes at the shows.
Lastly, MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Our AGM and awards luncheon will be held Sunday, February 8, 2026 at the Rockton Fairgrounds. We look forward to seeing you there to celebrate the 2025 show season.

SPONSORS NEEDED! We need your help to offer great awards and fun classes. For each cash sponsorship of $350 or more, members will receive a free stall for the weekend at any OPHC show. All members who bring in a cash sponsor of $700 or more will receive a free stall for 2 weekends at any OPHC show.

OPHC has adopted a new Drug Testing Policy which is effective immediately. All exhibitors are encouraged to review this policy before entering an OPHC show.
REMINDER
- Dogs are NOT permitted in the show arena while a show is in progress. Please keep all dogs away from the rail while a show is in progress. Dogs MUST be leashed at all times while on the show grounds.
