2026 SHOW SCHEDULE

Important!! Stalls MUST be paid by the posted deadline. Unpaid stalls will not be included on the stall chart and may be made available to exhibitors on the wait list. 

* Due to limited stall availability, tack stalls MUST be shared among multiple horses.

* All stalls booked after the published deadline are subject to a late fee of $25/stall. 

* There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all stalls cancelled after the posted deadline. 

Please email early entries and payment to - ophcshows@gmail.com. Early entries are appreciated by your Show Secretary! There are no penalties or fees required if you are unable to attend the show or scratch classes at the show.


IMPORTANT REMINDERS!

  • Please note that HARD COPIES of the following documents are required to enter APHA classes at all OPHC shows:
  • APHA Registration papers for all horses
  • Current APHA membership card (Open, Amateur, Novice Amateur, Amateur Walk/Trot, Youth, Novice Youth, Walk/Trot) or a copy
  • Current APHA individual membership card for the owner of the horse or a copy
  • Copy of your APHA Showing Lease (if applicable)

Exhibitors that are unable to produce a copy of their current APHA membership card on Show Day (i.e. Open, Amateur, Novice Amateur, Amateur Walk/Trot, Youth, Novice Youth, Walk/Trot)  will be required to purchase a Temporary Application. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Please remember - if you have an Open member showing your horse, it is your responsibility to produce a current copy of their APHA card when submitting entries. To be eligible for OPHC Day or Year End Awards, owners & exhibitors must be current OPHC members. Please refer to the OPHC Awards Policy for details.

Attention Lead Line & Youth Walk Jog Exhibitors: All lead Line & Youth Walk Jog exhibitors are required to wear an ASTM approved helmet at all times while mounted. Please support the OPHC in our effort to ensure the safety of our youngest riders.

2026 SHOW FEES

  • All day fee (any/all divisions) - $100/Horse/Judge
  • Single class fee - (1-6 classes) $15/class/judge
  • Office fee - $13/horse/judge
  • APHA fee - $1.50/horse/judge/class (not applicable to All Breed Entries)
  • Paynt Points fee - $3.00/horse/judge/class (not applicable to All Breed Entries)
  • Drug testing fee - $7/horse/judge (not applicable to All Breed Entries)
  • Stall fee - $150/stall (all horses must be in a paid stall overnight)
  • Haul-in fee - $25/horse/weekend (applicable to all horses without a paid stall)
  • Cleanout fee - $40 for each stall not stripped at the end of each show
  • Hydro hookup - $115/weekend (hookup sites are assigned, please book in advance)
  • Shavings - $10/bag
  • Stall Booking Late Fee - $20/stall
